 Unable to install correctly on WinXP SP3. When I launch the program the window opens with various rectangles in what look to be correct places but absolutely no text. Sorry to say this program is unusable.CP
 Great but needs more flexible settings Worked great with two exceptions:1) It would be nice to set arbitrary video size, or at least support 720x480 which is what my DV movie camera produces.2) Needs to support arbitrary bitrate. There is a big difference between 360kbps and 768kbps and I want to use a value in between.

I want to get the player Totem in Linux work with this encoder but I could not find the H.264 encoder for Linux yet.
I have done limited conversion, "Uncompressed RGB32", "MPEG Video" and results look OK. How can I create FLV in H264 format?ThanksThom S

Thank you. I have managed to encrypt a php class file using php
encoder. I get a message A required file phpcipher.bin was not found.
But this phpcipher.bin was available in the same folder as the encrypted class file.
I would like to know what went wrong and whether i am doing it right.
